Valerie Young

Valerie Young serves as the Account Revenue Manager for the City of Baltimore since June 2011, with prior roles including Revenue Compliance Analyst, Research Analyst II, and various accounting positions, effectively managing revenue collection and compliance with City Codes. Additionally, Valerie operates Visionary Concepts, a virtual administrative and event planning business, and fulfills administrative responsibilities at New Covenant United Methodist Church. Valerie's extensive board experience includes roles at One God One Thought Center for Better Living and Wide Angle Youth Media, contributing to policy development and financial oversight. Valerie holds two Master's degrees in Data Analytics and Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, along with an Associate's degree in Engineering Physics and a background in Chemical Engineering.
