Kevin P. Kipler

Kevin P. Kipler has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Ramp Services Manager for the City of Bangor since July 2004. In this role, Kevin oversees the coordination of services on the aviation ramp for general aviation, commercial airline, and military aircraft, managing a team that includes 4 supervisors, 3 shift leads, and 19 ramp agents responsible for fueling, de-icing, baggage handling, aircraft servicing, and customer service. Prior to this position, Kevin worked for Delta Air Lines from 1991 to 2004 in various roles, including Ramp Supervisor and Aircraft Load Agent, and also served in the United States Air Force as a Materials Facilities Specialist from 1983 to 1987.
