Rick Fournier

Rick Fournier serves as the City Council Chair for the City of Bangor since November 2019. With a strong background in finance and leadership, Fournier held the position of Vice President at Bangor Savings Bank from May 2009 to November 2021 and has extensive experience in economic development as the Past President of Acadia Capital Corporation and the Past Chair of the American Folk Festival and Bangor Water District. Additional leadership roles include Regional Vice President at Camden National Bank and Vice President at Key Bank, focusing on commercial lending. Fournier also contributed to the Maine Discovery Museum as Past President and served as Past President of Bangor YMCA. Rick Fournier holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Maine and completed Leadership Maine from 2014 to 2015.
