Ryan Nolan

Ryan Nolan serves as the Director of Information Technology for the City of Barrie since July 2017, providing strategic leadership and overseeing IT operations to enhance city services. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Pfizer, including Senior IT Manager in the SAP Center of Excellence and Business Solutions Manager, where responsibilities encompassed client support for logistics operations and managing business technology projects across the Americas. Ryan's early career included roles at Pharmacia Animal Health as an IT Analyst and IT Support, and as a Network Technician with the Canadian Forces, focusing on network upgrades. Ryan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Systems at Athabasca University, with an educational foundation in Computer Programming from Georgian College.
