Shannon Mulligan

Shannon Mulligan currently serves as the Supervisor of Data & Analytics at the City of Barrie since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in data-related roles across various organizations. As a Part-Time Faculty member at Georgian College since January 2016, Shannon teaches Computer Science and Big Data and Analytics programs, focusing on enhancing student engagement and comprehension. Past positions include Business Intelligence Lead at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network, and Data Warehouse and BI Team Lead/Decision Support Consultant at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, along with decision support roles at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Ornge. Shannon holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Athabasca University and an HBSc in Neuroscience from Laurentian University, alongside certification in TOGAF and Lean Green Belt.
