Steve Roper is a professional engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction within municipal settings. Currently serving as Project Engineer for the City of Bartlesville since June 2022, Steve previously held the position of Construction Manager for the City of Tulsa starting in August 2014. Prior to this role, Steve was a Senior Construction Engineer at Olsson Associates from September 2013 to July 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing construction projects and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
