Kevin Rooney, CPRP, is an experienced facility and parks management professional with a solid background in overseeing recreational programs, staff management, and facility maintenance. Currently serving as Facility Manager for the City of Bartlett since February 2020, Kevin manages staffing needs and staff training. Prior roles include Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Lakeland, where responsibilities encompassed planning and administering parks programs, as well as overseeing facility maintenance. Kevin's earlier experience includes positions in guest services and operations with the Memphis Redbirds and as a sales customer service representative. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Management from Christian Brothers University.
