James Cook

James Cook is the President at The Grey Knight Group, N.A. James has extensive experience in business development for local government grants and management programs. Additionally, James serves as the Grant Manager at Baton Rouge City Court, supporting the mission of the Specialty Courts Programs. Previously, James held positions at National Criminal Enforcement Association and Clinton Police Department, where James managed grants and oversaw criminal investigations. James has a Master's degree in Public Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Louisiana University.
