Joshua Dufresne

Joshua Dufresne, DrPH, MPH, MS, RS, CPH, currently serves as the Environmental Health Manager for the City of Baytown, TX, overseeing multiple environmental health programs. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Houston Health Department, where roles progressed from Sanitarian I to Sanitarian III, focusing on public health inspections for food establishments and public swimming pools. Joshua has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Lone Star College and gained diverse experience through roles in education, public health, and customer service. Joshua holds a Doctor of Public Health from Georgia Southern University and multiple advanced degrees in public health and biomedical sciences.
