Mercel Williams, CCAP, is a seasoned professional in human resources and administration with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving in Human Resources at the City of Beaumont since June 2023, Mercel has held various roles within the Government of Alberta from July 2016 to June 2023, including Administrator and Program Advisor. Previous positions include Section Administrator and Human Resources Assistant at the Office of the Child and Youth Advocate, as well as roles within the Government of Alberta and Digicel SVG Limited. Mercel's educational credentials include a Canadian Certified Administrative Professional Certificate from the University of Alberta and a Project Management certificate from Boston University, alongside studies at the University of Surrey and the University of Technology, Jamaica.
