Elizabeth M Gibbs

Elizabeth M Gibbs, MPA, currently serves as the City Manager of Beaumont, CA, a position held since April 2022, and previously acted as Interim City Manager. Gibbs has extensive experience in municipal services, including roles as Director of Community Services and Transit Director for the City of Beaumont from 2003 to 2022. Additionally, Gibbs is the President and Owner of Pro Care Landscape Services, Inc., since 2016. A brief tenure as a Substitute Teacher was completed at Beaumont Unified School District in 2022. Academically, Gibbs holds a Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the same institution.
