Jennifer Frates has extensive experience in public safety and emergency communications, currently serving as a Public Safety Dispatcher II/CTO at the City of Beaumont, CA since October 2006, where responsibilities include processing routine and emergency calls, dispatching services, and training new personnel. Jennifer has also held a position as Lead Dispatcher, supervising the Communications Unit and ensuring adherence to operational standards. Prior to their role in public safety, Jennifer worked in various customer service and financial positions, including Juvenile Probation Corrections Officer and Substitute Teacher. Education includes a Master's degree in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego, multiple associate degrees, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a Criminal Justice minor from California State University-San Bernardino.
