Pete Landrum serves as the City Manager for the City of Beavercreek, Ohio, since December 2016, and has concurrently held the role of Treasurer for the Greater Dayton Area Mayors and Managers Association since March 2018. In addition to municipal leadership, Landrum has experience as an Adjunct for Wright State University's MPA program. Prior to this, Landrum served as Township Administrator and Executive Director of the Community Improvement Corporation in Delhi Township, overseeing various departments and managing up to 150 employees. With financial expertise, Landrum held positions such as Assistant County Administrator and OMB Director in Butler County, and Finance Director for the Montgomery County Juvenile Court. Landrum's career commenced with multiple roles in Montgomery County, establishing a solid foundation in public administration. Landrum holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Social and Industrial Communications from Wright State University.
