Brian Breeden

Brian Breeden has a diverse work experience in the public sector, primarily in the field of transportation operations. Brian started their career in 1995 with the City of Bellevue as a Streets-Asphalt and Traffic Control Lead. After eight years in this role, they moved on to become the Streets Superintendent for the City of Shoreline in 2003. Brian held this position for ten years before returning to the City of Bellevue in 2013 as a Transportation Operations Manager.
