Bryce Williams-Tuggle

Bryce Williams-Tuggle, Ph.D. has a diverse range of work experience in research, data analysis, and teaching. Their most recent position is as the Chief Demographer for the City of Bellevue, Washington, where they are responsible for providing data support for various projects and promoting data literacy. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Research & Data Analyst for Pierce County, where they provided data and insights to County stakeholders. They also have experience as a Policy Analyst at The Sycamore Institute, where they conducted data-driven research to produce policy briefs and reports. Bryce also has teaching experience as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University, a Teaching Assistant at ICPSR at the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.

Bryce Williams-Tuggle, Ph.D., has a strong educational background in political science and government. Bryce completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History at Towson University from 2005 to 2008. Afterwards, they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Political Science and International Affairs at the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, graduating in 2014. Bryce's academic journey continued at Vanderbilt University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science and Government. Bryce dedicated seven years, from 2014 to 2021, to complete their doctoral studies. In August of 2021, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy certification from Vanderbilt University.
