Doug Halbert

Doug Halbert has a diverse work experience. Doug started their career in 1988 as the Battalion Chief in the Training Division at the City of Bellevue, Washington. In 1999, they worked at SCT Inc as a Commercial Carpet and Flooring professional until 2016. In 2008, they served as a Board Member for Rwanda Partners, a Board of Directors position that lasted until 2010. In 2015, they became a Board Member for Sammamish Rowing Association until 2018. Currently, they are a Fire Commissioner at Woodinville Fire & Rescue, starting in 2020.

Doug Halbert has obtained a Masters Certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of Washington. The education history does not provide the start year for this program but indicates that they will be completing it in 2022.
