Evan Phillips

Evan Phillips, a professional with a background in financial strategy and performance, has held various managerial roles in budget planning and analysis at different city governments. With experience at the City of Bellevue in Washington, City of Seattle, and City of Chicago, Evan also worked as a research assistant at Resolute Consulting LLC and interned at the Office of 46th Ward Alderman James Cappleman. Holding a Master's in Public Policy from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor's in Political Science with minors in Public Policy Studies and LGBTQ Studies from DePaul University, Evan has a solid educational foundation to support their professional endeavors.
