Kelvin Chan

Kelvin Chan began their work experience in 2007 at NCS as a GIS Developer and GIS Software Engineer, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they joined the City of Bellevue, Washington, as a GIS Analyst. Kelvin held this role until 2018, before being promoted to Senior GIS Analyst in 2019. Currently, they are working as a GIS Web developer for the City of Bellevue.

Kelvin Chan pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting from their Bachelor's degree at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Kelvin attended the university from 1999 to 2003, majoring in Geometry/Geometric Analysis. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education by enrolling in the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts from 2004 to 2007. Kelvin earned a Master of Fine Arts degree, specializing in Design and Applied Arts during their time at the academy.
