Linda Deboldt

Linda DeBoldt has a wealth of experience in the public works sector, with a focus on utilities engineering. Linda most recently served as the Assistant Director of Utilities Engineering for the City of Bellevue, Washington, starting in February 2018. In this role, Linda had oversight of the Engineering Division, which included Utilities Planning, Development Review, Engineering Design, Project Management, Construction Services, and Asset Management Program for Bellevue Utilities. Linda played a key role in developing and delivering the Capital Improvement Program for Drinking Water, Stormwater, and Wastewater services.
