Rudy Lozano has a diverse work experience in the field of HR Training, OD, and Communications. Rudy started their career in 1997 as an Organization Development & Education Consultant at Chelan County Public Utilities, where they worked until 2001. In 2001, they joined the City of Bellevue, Washington, as an HR Training, OD & Communications professional, and their employment with the company continued until the present.

Rudy Lozano holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Development from the Rensselaer Polytech. Inst. / Lally School of Mgmt. Rudy completed this program from 1997 to 1998.
