Steve Costa

Steve Costa has a diverse work experience in the public sector. Steve started their career with the City and County of San Francisco in 1994, where they worked as a Construction Inspector and later as a Power Marketer. In 1998, they joined the City of Bellevue in Washington, where they held various roles, including Project Manager in the Transportation Department and Engineer in the Utilities Department. Steve'smost recent position with the City of Bellevue was as the Interim Capital Projects Manager, starting in February 2017.

Steve Costa earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University in 1993. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing and Business Development from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, which they completed in 2010.
