Yuri Hattersley

Yuri Hattersley has a diverse work experience history. In 2013 and 2014, Yuri worked as a Crew Member at McDonald's and as a Cashier at Walmart, gaining customer service and teamwork skills. In 2014, Yuri also served as a Supplemental Instructor at the University of Texas at Dallas, helping students in Social Statistics courses and developing skills in Stata. In 2015, Yuri worked as a Student Caseworker at the Innocence Project of Texas, reviewing cases of wrongfully convicted individuals. In the same year, Yuri interned at the 303rd District Family Court, observing various court proceedings. In 2016, Yuri was a Reservations Agent at La Torretta Lake Resort and Spa, providing customer service and handling reservations. Yuri also contributed as a Writer for Odyssey Online Inc, focusing on social justice topics during this time. In 2017, Yuri worked as a Freelance High School Debate Judge, traveling to different events in the D/FW Metroplex. From 2017 to 2020, Yuri had various roles at the City of Bellevue, including Performance and Process Analyst and Performance Analyst. Yuri designed and implemented an Online Performance Reporting platform, supported organization-wide efforts to review performance data, and provided training on performance topics. From 2018 to 2019, Yuri served as a Graduate Assistant at Seattle University, supporting the Institutional Review Board's efforts and designing performance metrics. Overall, Yuri has gained a diverse skill set in data analysis, customer service, research, and performance management.

Yuri Hattersley pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2013 to 2017. Following that, Yuri obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Sociology from The University of Texas at Dallas, which was completed in 2018. Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, Yuri attended Seattle University and obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration. In terms of certifications, Yuri has received the Lean Green Belt certification from All Angles Consulting LLC in September 2021. Furthermore, Yuri obtained various certifications related to incident management systems, including FEMA IS-00100.b Introduction to Incident Command System ICS-100 and FEMA IS-00700.a National Incident Management System (NIMS) An Introduction in March 2018. Yuri also acquired the CITI Human Subjects Training - IRB Member certification from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in February 2018.
