Daniel Smith is a highly experienced Technical Services Manager with over 17 years of expertise at the City of Bellingham, where responsibilities include managing the Technical Services Division and administering Azure Services, encompassing Azure AD, Automation, DevOps, and Microsoft 365. Prior to this role, Daniel spent nearly a decade at Arizona State University in various technical support positions, ultimately serving as Principal Technology Support Analyst, providing Tier 3 support and technology training in the School of Life Sciences and the College of Liberal Arts Dean's Office. Daniel's career began at BRB Publications, LLC, where support for research and office computer systems was provided. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.
