Jessica J Bennett is an experienced Project Engineer at the City of Bellingham, focusing on delivering capital improvement projects in areas such as water, wastewater, and transportation since November 2016. With a background in private development project review, Jessica ensures adherence to municipal codes and provides technical expertise to project teams. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Professional Level III at Amec Foster Wheeler, providing engineering services across various projects, and working as an Environmental Specialist II at the Washington State Department of Ecology, where data management and communication with governmental entities were key responsibilities. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from The Evergreen State College.
