Joey Malloy, E.I.T. has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as an Engineer in Training at the City of Bellingham since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Civil Design Engineer at Reichhardt & Ebe Engineering, Inc. from September 2018 to February 2023, and various engineering positions with Turner Construction Company, including Assistant Engineer and SPD Field Engineer from September 2017 to September 2018, and Field Engineer Intern in the summer of 2016. Joey Malloy's early experience includes an internship focused on storm water management at Washington State University from March 2015 to May 2016, contributing data collection for storm water drains. Joey Malloy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, completed in 2017.
