Raksha Rughani

Raksha Rughani is an innovative Human Resources leader with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, and compliance and workplace safety. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist for Health & Welfare at the City of Bellingham since October 2022, Raksha oversees the administration of health and welfare benefits. Prior to this role, Raksha was the HR Manager at Barron Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. from November 1997 to September 2022, where a strong focus was placed on cultivating trust-based professional relationships through effective communication.
