Karen Quigley Clark

Karen Clark is a seasoned management analyst currently advancing various initiatives within the Parks and Recreation Department and City Manager’s Office for the City of Belmont, California, since October 2017. Prior experience includes high-level administrative support roles in the same department, as well as direct public engagement in recreation facilities with the City and County of San Francisco. Karen has a strong background in coordinating projects, public communications, and streamlining processes, complemented by earlier roles in customer service and operations at organizations including Trader Joe's and Montecito Sequoia Resort. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, & Tourism Administration and a certificate in Youth & Human Services Nonprofit Administration from San Francisco State University.
