Joseph Dyer

Joseph Dyer currently serves as the Recreation Superintendent for the City of Belton, Texas, since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions within the City of Killeen, Texas, including Parks and Recreation Manager and Athletics Superintendent from July 2019 to January 2023. Joseph also gained experience as Recreation Superintendent and Recreation Specialist at the City of Copperas Cove between August 2016 and July 2019, along with serving as Recreation Assistant. Joseph's career began in the US Army as a Chaplain Assistant from October 2002 to April 2015. Joseph is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, having previously attended Central Texas College from 2016 to 2018.
