Brenda Mingus

Brenda Mingus has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as the Legal & Risk Program Manager for the City of Bend since June 2015. Prior to this role, Brenda worked as a Legal Assistant at Bryant, Lovlien & Jarvis, P.C. from February 2006 to June 2015. Brenda holds a Paralegal degree from Pioneer Pacific College and an Associate of Arts in General from Central Oregon Community College.
