Cally Whitman

Cally Whitman is an experienced water resource professional with a diverse background in environmental quality management and laboratory operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager Lab for the City of Bend since September 2016, Cally holds ORELAP certification for microbiological testing and has previously held roles such as Water Quality Scientist at the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality and Water Research Graduate Assistant at Oregon State University. Cally’s expertise includes project management, quality control/quality assurance analysis, and technical direction, complemented by strong communication skills demonstrated through authorship of newsletters and organizational roles in research symposiums. Cally's educational background includes a Master of Science in Water Resource Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Biology from Oregon State University.
