Carrie Theus, EIT, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Associate at the City of Bend since July 2022. Prior roles include Transportation Analyst at Kittelson & Associates, Inc. and various positions at Walla Walla University, such as Engineering Economy Teacher’s Assistant and Engineering Ambassador. Additional experience encompasses civil engineering internships at DCI Engineers and the Washington State Department of Natural Resources, along with instructional roles and leadership in outdoor education. Carrie Theus holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Walla Walla University, obtained in 2019.
