Michelle Patrick

Michelle Patrick, AICP, currently serves as an Associate Planner for the City of Bend since October 2017, where responsibilities include preparing staff reports, reviewing urban development proposals, presenting recommendations, and developing historic preservation outreach initiatives. Previous roles include Assistant Planner at the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments, focusing on urban growth boundary expansion projects, and Project Coordinator for Marion County Community Services, managing community development programming. Michelle gained early planning experience as an Assistant Planner and Zoning Administrator for the Town of Jericho and has held various positions in community outreach and education, including a Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator role with Local Motion. Michelle holds a Master's of Public Administration from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Vermont.
