Russell Grayson Pe

Russell Grayson, PE, has over three decades of experience in civil engineering and community development. Since November 2011, Russell has served in various leadership roles at the City of Bend, including Chief Operating Officer/Assistant City Manager, Community Development Department Director, City Engineer, and Civil Engineer - Development Review. Prior to this, Russell was the Director of Land Entitlement and Development at PulteGroup from 2004 to 2011 and worked as an Associate Engineer at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. from 1994 to 2004. Russell holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
