Stephanie Betteridge

Chief Innovation Officer at City of Bend

Stephanie Betteridge has extensive work experience in various roles within the public sector and technology industry. Stephanie currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Bend, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they held the same role at the City of Gresham from June 2018 to March 2019. Stephanie also worked as a Senior Manager in the Office of Governance and Management at the City of Gresham from December 2013 to 2017.

Stephanie started their career at Titan Systems in 1998 as a GIS Technician/Project Coordinator, a role they held until 2004. Stephanie then joined the City of Gresham as a GIS Analyst and later served as a Management Analyst from 2007 to 2010. Stephanie returned to the City of Gresham as a Senior Manager from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Stephanie joined OHSU as a Project Manager and worked there until 2013. Throughout their career, they have shown a strong focus on innovation, information management, and project coordination.

Stephanie Betteridge earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. Stephanie later pursued further education in Project Management and obtained a Project Management Certificate from Portland State University in 2009. In addition, Stephanie completed The Cascade Program for Emerging Leaders in 2010.
