Jeff Tschudi serves as the Finance Director for the City of Benicia, a position held since August 2021, which includes previous roles as Interim Finance Director and Assistant Finance Director. Prior to this, Jeff was employed at the Contra Costa Water District from October 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included supervision of accounts payable as a Senior Accountant and budget management for the Engineering department as an Administrative Analyst II. Jeff's experience also includes a tenure at the City of Benicia from November 2006 to October 2014 as a Management Analyst II, and coaching Boys Varsity Soccer at Northgate High School from 2003 to 2011. Additional roles encompassed serving as Assistant Director of the ECHS Initiative at the Foundation for California Community Colleges (2003-2006) and as an Analyst at HealthCare Partners (2002-2003). Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree from USC Marshall School of Business, alongside Associate of Arts degrees from Santa Barbara City College and Santa Monica College.
