Tony Fisher

Tony Fisher is a seasoned Project Manager currently at the City of Benicia, specializing in the management of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) related to water treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems. Since March 2022, Tony has overseen various aspects of project execution, including schedule reviews, contract negotiations, and public bidding. Prior experience includes serving as Construction Manager at Coastland Civil Engineering, Inc., where Tony managed significant municipal projects, such as the City of Benicia's largest pavement rehabilitation. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Intel Corporation, managing multimillion-dollar projects, and as Construction Engineer at The Covello Group, focusing on public water and wastewater facilities.
