Shannon Gabbard

Shannon Gabbard currently serves as the Animal Services Manager for the City of Bentonville since October 2023. Previous roles include Investigative Assistant at Hobby Lobby from April 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities involved supporting the Loss Prevention team through data mining and crime analysis. An internship at the Washington County Department of Emergency Management occurred in late 2017. Shannon also worked at Proctor & Gamble as a Security Consultant for a decade from June 2006 to June 2016 and spent nearly 27 years at the Fayetteville Police Department, serving in various capacities including Police Sergeant, Patrol Officer, and Jailer. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Administration and Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arkansas Tech University in 2017.
