Anne Hersch, AICP, is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Land Use Planning Manager for the City of Berkeley since October 2023, leading a division of 30 employees. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Community Development at the City of Dublin, CA, and Planning Manager for the City of Antioch, where responsibilities encompassed managing current and long-range planning efforts and coordinating with the Planning Commission.
