Crystel Hadley

Crystel Hadley is an experienced digital communications professional currently serving as the Digital Communications Coordinator for the City of Berkeley since June 2021. Prior to this role, Crystel worked at IDEO U as a Senior Product Specialist and Digital Producer, where responsibilities included owning the end-to-end learning experience and leading product teams in improving learning experiences. Crystel also held the position of Senior Digital Communications Associate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), focusing on content management and project oversight for website features. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Administrative Associate and receptionist at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Crystel holds a B.A. in English from Reed College and a Certificate in Web Technologies from Harvard Extension School.
