Daryl Witbeck

Daryl Witbeck is a seasoned professional in public works and construction management, currently serving as the Public Works Operations Manager at the City of Berkeley since November 2018. Prior to this role, Daryl held the position of Construction Manager at KPM Consulting, LLC, overseeing construction projects at the Exploratorium Museum, Piers 15 & 17 in San Francisco from November 2010 to November 2018. Daryl's extensive experience includes managing various public and private construction projects throughout Northern California while at Critical Solutions, Inc. from February 2003 to November 2010, and leading the University Circle project in East Palo Alto with SRM Associates from January 2000 to December 2002. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, obtained between 1976 and 1981.
