Jenny Wyant

Jenny Wyant is a seasoned professional in community development and housing, currently serving as a Senior Community Development Project Coordinator for the City of Berkeley since January 2015. Prior experience includes roles at Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley, where Jenny was a Project Manager and Acquisition & Real Estate Specialist from July 2010 to December 2014, and served as a Consultant focused on income eligibility and compliance for homebuyers in 2010. Additional roles include a Housing Intern at the Association of Bay Area Governments, a Graduate Student Researcher at the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at UC Berkeley, and various positions at Habitat for Humanity, including Construction Engineer and AmeriCorps site assistant. Jenny holds a Master of City Planning with a focus on Housing from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Kenyon College.
