Liza McNulty

Liza McNulty currently serves as the Capital Improvement Program Manager for the City of Berkeley, a position held since January 2017, where responsibilities encompass the management of a $60 million post-fire capital recovery project, including budget development, FEMA grant management, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, Liza was a Principal at Schaaf & Wheeler Consulting Civil Engineers from June 2001 to December 2016, bringing over 15 years of expertise in water resource engineering and project management. Liza holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont.
