Regina Harris

Regina Harris serves as the Vice President of the Police Accountability Board for the City of Berkeley since June 2021. In addition to this role, Regina is the owner of Regina Clenette Management, LLC, and Prideful Patchez, a boutique specializing in Afrocentric patches and accessories. Regina also holds the position of CEO at Regina Clenette Entertainment. Prior experience includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Peralta College District - Merritt Jr. College from February 2015 to February 2017, and various roles at the Oakland Police Department, including Police Services Manager - Communications and Police Communications Supervisor from 2002 to 2016. Regina holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Union Institute & University.
