Rob Pabon

Rob Pabon serves as the Senior Program Relationships Manager at Citizen University since January 2024, focusing on recruiting and coaching civic leaders for the Civic Saturday Fellowship Program. In parallel, Rob also holds the position of Alderman for the 5th Ward in Berwyn, a role that includes organizing community meetings and facilitating civic education initiatives. Previously, Rob held multiple roles at Chicago Cares from August 2016 to August 2023, where duties included managing strategic partnerships and leading volunteer engagement efforts. Earlier experience includes positions in youth employment programming and community development with organizations like Central States SER and United Latinos for Empowerment, Education & Development.
