Patrick Lynch

Patrick Lynch is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Bettendorf since February 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick held positions as City Engineer and Assistant City Engineer for the City of Muscatine from July 2018 to February 2023. Patrick's prior experience includes working as a Staff Engineer at Shive-Hattery, Inc. from February 2006 to July 2018, where responsibilities included civil engineering projects across various sectors. Additionally, Patrick has experience as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager at Ament, Inc. and as a Civil Engineer at Landmark Engineering Group, alongside teaching Sunday School at Faith Lutheran Church from September 2012 to September 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an Associate of Science from Black Hawk College.
