Michael Hensley

Michael Hensley is currently the Deputy Director & Operations at City of Beverly Hills. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant to the County Manager at Mecklenburg County from February 2012 to December 2016. There, they were in charge of assisting with oversight of the Financial Services Department, Information Technology Services Department, Office of the Tax Collector, and Tax Assessor's Office. Additionally, they managed the County's Compliance Program, Enterprise Risk Management Program, and Business Continuity Program. Michael also assisted with oversight of the County's portion of a 311 call center shared with the City of Charlotte.

Michael Hensley has a Master's in Public Administration from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science-Public Policy; Communications-Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
