Brenda Beckett

Brenda Beckett is an experienced Community Development Manager with a strong background in managing and directing initiatives focused on neighborhood, community, and economic development for low-income households and special needs populations. Currently employed by the City of Billings since 2003, Brenda oversees federal funding and revitalization programs aimed at improving lower-income neighborhoods. Prior to this role, Brenda served as Quality Improvement Manager at Youth Dynamics, Inc. from 1997 to 2003, where responsibilities included developing and implementing quality assurance strategic plans, policies, procedures, and outcome systems. Brenda holds a Master of Health Administration from Montana State University Billings.
