Jeff Sprock

Jeff Sprock is an accomplished IT Manager for the City of Billings since December 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with city departments to identify technology needs and overseeing the integration of new technologies. Prior experience includes roles as City Manager for the City of Alliance, Nebraska, and City Administrator for the City of Mitchell, where duties involved administering city operations and budget oversight. Sprock also served as GIS Coordinator for the North Platte Natural Resources District and the City of Billings, focusing on the design and development of Geographic Information Systems. Earlier in the career, Sprock worked as a Wildlife Biologist for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission. Sprock holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Biology from Ottawa University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
