Robbins Will

Robbins Will is a professional engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer/Project Manager for the City of Billings since February 2005, Robbins has previously held the position of Engineer/Lab Manager at SK Geotechnical from August 2003 to February 2005 and worked as a Project Engineer for Touch America dba Montana Power Co. from July 1994 to June 2003. Robbins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science with a civil emphasis from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology, completed in 1994, and graduated from Absarokee High School in 1989.
