Chuck Shager

Chuck Shager has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the Comptroller for the City of Binghamton since June 2014. Prior roles include Chief Accountant at Tioga County, New York from 2011 to 2014, and Controller positions at Eco International (2008-2010), Amandi Services (2005-2008), and Matco Electronics Group (1989-2003). Chuck Shager holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College, earned between 1979 and 1982.
